How long does it take to go live?

Most teams are live in 2–4 weeks. Import your company from CSV or Excel — departments, designations, leave types and employees — and start with the modules you need.

Can we start with a few modules and add more later?

Yes. Modules are switched on per company, so you can start with Core HR, leave and attendance and add payroll, hiring or performance when you are ready.

Is AI a separate product?

No. AI agents are part of the PeopleVizio platform, not a separate product to buy and integrate. Each plan lists exactly which AI capabilities it includes.

Which countries do you support?

PeopleVizio adapts currency, terminology and statutory framing for 15 countries including India, the US, UK, UAE and Singapore. India payroll with PF, ESI, PT and TDS is built in.

Can employees use it without installing anything?

Yes — the web app works on any device, and employees can check balances and apply for leave on WhatsApp, Slack or Microsoft Teams.

Do you support SSO and automatic provisioning?

Yes. Sign in with Okta or any OIDC provider, and provision users automatically over SCIM 2.0.

Where is our data stored?

On Microsoft Azure, encrypted in transit and at rest, with sensitive fields such as bank accounts additionally encrypted with AES-256.

Can we move from our current HR system?

Yes. Export your data to CSV or Excel and import it through our migration tool; our team helps map fields during onboarding.
