Stride Retail moved from a legacy HRMS they'd used for three years. Their migration to PeopleVizio took 14 days, end to end. The shortness wasn't luck — three pre-migration audits caught issues before they became cutover emergencies.

Audit one: leave balance reconciliation. Their prior export format omitted some comp-off earned-but-unused rows. We caught 127 employees with ledger drift before go-live.

Audit two: compensation history. Salary revisions with retrospective effect needed a careful mapping review. Stride's HR team walked the edge cases with us.

Audit three: document vault integrity. Stride had 8,000 documents in the old system. We verified every file was accessible and PDF-valid before cutover.
