Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PeopleVizio, the enterprise HRMS product provided by Payvizio Technologies Pvt Ltd ("PeopleVizio", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable use

You will not (a) use the service in violation of applicable law, (b) attempt to access another tenant's data, (c) introduce malware, (d) reverse-engineer the service, or (e) resell the service without a written partner agreement.

3. Customer data

You retain all rights to data you upload. We process it as described in the Data Processing Addendum. We do not use customer data to train third-party models.

4. Service levels

Paid plans include an uptime commitment: 99.9% for Growth and 99.95% for Enterprise, with service credits for failure, as described in your order form.

5. Fees and payment

Fees are as described in your order form. Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. Taxes are additional.

6. Term and termination

These Terms run for the duration of your subscription and automatically renew unless cancelled as described in your order form. We may suspend access for breach, non-payment, or security emergencies.

7. Warranty disclaimer

Except as expressly set out, the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

Our total liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bangalore, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
