HIRE, TRANSFER, PROMOTE, SEPARATE, and CONFIRM each write a LifecycleEvent with a before/after snapshot of the employee record.

Approvals engine with SLA

Leave, expense, attendance regularisation, and promotion approvals all run through one workflow engine. Overdue tasks are escalated by a scheduled job every 15 minutes.

Letter templates

Offer, relieving, and experience letters generate from Markdown / HTML templates with variable interpolation. Stored against the employee record.

Pre-built dashboards

Attrition, hiring funnel, leave trends, payroll cost, and headcount by department — out of the box, with the same tenant-scoping as every other query.
