This Privacy Policy explains how Payvizio Technologies Pvt Ltd ("PeopleVizio") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when you use peoplevizio.com and the PeopleVizio platform.
What we collect
- Account data: name, work email, role, and company when you book a demo, sign up, or contact us.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used (with your consent, via PostHog and Google Analytics).
- Customer data: information your employer uploads to the platform as a controller. We process it on your employer's behalf under the DPA.
How we use it
To deliver and improve the service; to respond to requests; to send operational and (with your consent) marketing emails; to meet legal obligations; and to investigate misuse.
Cookies and analytics
Our site uses functional cookies required for the site to work and, with your consent, analytics cookies from PostHog and Google Analytics. You can change your choice anytime in your browser.
Sharing
We share data with sub-processors listed here. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Marketing inquiries are retained for 24 months unless you unsubscribe earlier. Customer data is retained per the customer's contract and deleted within 90 days of termination.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or object to processing of your personal data. Write to privacy@peoplevizio.com.
Security
We encrypt data at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+). See our security page.
International transfers
Data may be processed in India, the EU, or the US, subject to the residency choice of the tenant. Safeguards include Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
